Born and raised in Hamilton Ontario, Dr. Dhaliwal has been practising for over 15 years with experience in Canada and the United States. Dr. Dhaliwal completed his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education at Brock University. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree at New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Dhaliwal has worked in Boston, Rhode Island, Atlanta and Chicago before he entered private practice in Hamilton, Ontario.

He practices full scope optometry and has a keen interest in fitting specialty contact lenses, as well as diagnoses and treatment of all disorders that affect the eye or vision. Dr. Dhaliwal is trained to recognize a range of health issues such as, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetes and hypertension. He has made sure the practice remains equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment. With a focus on ocular disease, dry eye syndrome and co-management of lasik surgery, he works hard to ensure that his eye clinic provides leading eye care to families in Hamilton, Ontario. In his spare time, Dr. Dhaliwal enjoys spending time with his two young children. He is a sports enthusiast, loves watching football and plays on a local volleyball team.
